Chris Townsley a doubt for East Stirling against Clyde

East Stirling's Chris Townsley is doubtful when Clyde visit after picking up a knock in Saturday's 4-2 defeat to Montrose.

Ross Gilmour and Michael Wallace are again absent with foot injuries while Max Wright is not yet over a calf problem and Billy Vidler is sidelined with a knee injury. However John Fraser could feature for a third time as a trialist.

Craig Tully's side won when the sides met last Tuesday and the head coach is looking for a repeat, as he explained: "We played very well and it was disappointing that things slipped back on Saturday. If we can get back to that performance level then we can win."

Clyde welcome striker David Gormley back after a two-game ban, but they could be five players down due to injury.

Brian McQueen, Scott McMann and Scott Ferguson are definitely out through knee injuries with Marvin Andrews and John Gemmell both struggling.

Manager Barry Ferguson said: "I was disappointed with the performance last Tuesday and was expecting better from the players on Saturday at Annan. I got that and we were unlucky not to win that game even though we were two goals down.

"If we play like that again we have a great chance of winning back the points we lost last Tuesday."
