Ross Gilmour and Billy Vidler to miss Annan clash

East Stirling will be without the injured Ross Gilmour (foot) and Billy Vidler (knee) when they host Annan.

Head coach Craig Tully wants his side to prove last weekend's 3-0 win at Queen's Park was no flash in the pan.

Tully said: "We started slowly but after 15 minutes we got to grips with the game. Thomas Orr was a constant goal threat and we also secured a clean sheet so it was a terrific day.

"Unfortunately Berwick defeated Annan in midweek and we went bottom again however if we play like we did at Hampden then we can get another three points."

Annan's top goalscorer Peter Weatherson has returned to training, but he will miss out at Ochilview after suffering a reaction.

The Galabank side are also missing Steven Swinglehurst and Steven Black through hamstring injuries, while Jack Breslin is out with a foot problem.

Jordan Morton and Steven Sloan are struggling with knocks but Ben Jago is back from suspension.

Manager Jim Chapman said: "After a disappointing couple of games we need to get back to winning ways. It was a horrible defeat at Berwick in midweek but it was one that we deserved.

"The best way to bounce back would be to play well and get the win at East Stirling."
