Shire get Bolochoweckyj boost

East Stirling welcome Michael Bolochoweckyj back from suspension against Annan and both Michael Herd and Jordan McKechnie are available after knocks.

The Shire are out to end a run of four defeats in a row and head coach John Coughlin said: "We are a better side than that run would suggest.

"Hopefully we can show that against Annan. It will be difficult as they will be well up for this game and go into the play-offs in good form.

"Thankfully I have a selection headache of the right kind and hopefully I will pick the right team and get our third win of the season over Annan."

Annan, who look set to finish the season in second place, have Steven Black missing after illness.

Matty Flynn and Kenny Mackay are also ruled out with respective groin injuries.

Manager Jim Chapman said: "Once we got a goal ahead at Clyde last weekend we showed what a good side we can be and we went on to win 3-0.

"This will be a tough game as East Stirlingshire will see this as a must-win game to keep their play-off hopes alive.

"We have not beaten them this season, but hopefully we can put that right in this game."
