Turner boosts Shire bid
East Stirling kept their play-off dreams alive with a 2-1 win against 10-man Annan Athletic despite missing a first-half penalty.
Peter Watson saw red when he brought down Max Wright in the box but his resulting spot-kick was saved by Kenny Arthur.
Annan took the lead against the run of the play after Blair Henderson prodded in his fourth goal of the season.
The hosts replied just three minutes later through Wright who atoned for his earlier miss from 12 yards.
Annan looked to have secured a draw until Kevin Turner bundled home after 89 minutes to snatch all three points for the Shire.
