Clyde climb off the bottom Substitute John Stewart's second-half brace gave Clyde their first win in six matches in a 2-0 home victory over East Stirling. The victory moved the Bully Wee above Shire at the bottom of the Scottish Third Division. After a goalless first-half the home side went in front after 53 minutes, Stewart slotting home his first from the penalty spot after David Dunn's foul on Marc McCusker. Stewart notched his second with 15 minutes to go after getting on the end of Kevin Finlayson's cross to head home from close range. East Stirling had a chance to get back into the game with 10 minutes remaining but Kevin Cawley missed his spot-kick after Ross McMillan had brought down Scott Johnston.
