East Fife can call on Stevie Campbell for Elgin clash

East Fife will have Stevie Campbell available to face visitors Elgin City.

Kevin Smith remains out with an ankle injury while Allan Walker has opted to join Berwick Rangers.

Player-manager Gary Naysmith is determined that his side builds on their fine 3-1 win over Stirling Albion last weekend.

Naysmith explained: "That was up there with our best performances of the season and it was all the more special we had dominated at the start before losing a goal. We dealt with that set-back and then put on a very clinical display.

"We will need a similar approach to defeat Elgin and pull ourselves back into the play-off chase."

Elgin City will miss skipper Jamie Duff due to a groin injury as they look to win consecutive away games for the first time this season.

Manager Jim Weir said: "Hopefully we can show that we are a side who can win away consistently.

"We did well to move to within a point of the top with a 2-0 win over Montrose last weekend at our place. They were few bodies down but we controlled the game well and deserved to win the three points.

"It would be great to do something similar at East Fife although we need to keep Nathan Austin in check as he was on fire at Stirling last weekend when he scored a hat-trick."
