Campbell to lead Fifers
East Fife skipper Stevie Campbell is expected to shake off a knock and take his place in the centre of the Fifers defence against visitors Clyde.
Player/manager Gary Naysmith and Scott Smith are both rated as extremely doubtful and midfielder Alan Cook continues to miss out due to an ankle injury.
However, on-loan pair Liam Smith and Jonathan Page are available after not being allowed to play in last weekend's 7-0 Scottish Cup win over Threave Rovers by their parent clubs.
Naysmith said: "It is good to have options to change things around as a win over Clyde could lift us into second place. That is a very good incentive. "
Clyde player/manager Barry Ferguson has included himself in the Bully Wee squad after missing out on last weekend's 3-0 Scottish Cup win over Turriff due to a knee injury.
The Broadwood boss has a full squad to choose from for what he believes will be one of the toughest games of the season.
He explained: "East Fife have a strong squad of players and are quite rightly one of the favourites for promotion.
"This will be a difficult game, however if the players give me the same effort and commitment that they displayed against Turriff then I will be pleased."
