Pars rewarded with home tie

07 Jan 2007 - 14:28:04

Dunfermline have been handed a home tie against Hearts in the fourth round of the Scottish Cup after holding on to beat Rangers 3-2 at East End Park on Sunday.

The Pars surged into a three-goal lead early in the second half but were hanging on at the final whistle after Kris Boyd pulled two goals back for the troubled visitors.

Elsewhere, runaway SPL leaders Celtic travel to Livingston for their fourth round tie after winning 4-0 at Dumbarton on Saturday.

Last season's beaten finalists and current first division leaders Gretna face a trip to either Aberdeen or Hibs, who play their third round tie on Wednesday.

The full draw is:

Motherwell v Morton
Dunfermline v Hearts
Inverness CT v Dundee United or St Mirren
Falkirk v St Johnstone or Ayr United
Deveronvale v Partick Thistle
Dundee or Queen of South v Cowdenbeath or Brechin
Aberdeen or Hibs v Gretna
Livingston v Celtic
