County's Dowie leaves for Pars

Dunfermline have signed Andy Dowie after the defender left Ross County and handed new contracts to midfielders Greg Ross and Paul Willis.But winger Iain Williamson is the latest to be freed by the First Division club. Manager Jim McIntyre told the Pars' website: "Andy Dowie is a good stature at six foot one and has good physique."
