Mickael Antoine-Curier primed for Dunfermline debut against Ayr

Table-topping Dunfermline have added new signing Mickael Antoine-Curier to their squad to face Ayr.

However, Ryan Williamson (broken leg) and Lewis Martin (shoulder injury) continue to be absent.

East End Park manager Allan Johnston said: "Ayr have made a terrific start to the season and they are a side who attack you with a lot of pace. We will need to be just as strong as we were when we won 4-0 at Forfar last weekend to win this game.

"We may have scored a lot of goals this season but having Mickael available gives us a different threat and keeps everyone on their toes."

Ayr manager Ian McCall has fit-again duo Martyn Campbell and Alan Trouten available again to give him a full squad to choose from for a game that he is predicting goals in.

McCall said: "Dunfermline have been terrific this season, however we would be level on points with them if we had not lost a horrible deflected goal to Forfar in injury time.

"They are a big club and Allan Johnston has spent wisely to turn them into a good attacking operation.

"However, we also have good players going forward so there will be plenty of attacks and goals in this game. Hopefully we can get one more than them."
