Honours were shared between Dunfermline and Airdrie in a 1-1 draw at East End Park.
George Hunter opened the scoring for the Diamonds after 18 minutes, latching on to a good ball by David Cox to beat Sean Murdoch, who got hands to the shot but could not keep it out.
A long period elapsed without further goals, but the home side plugged away, with Lewis Martin, Michael Moffat and Mickael Antoine-Curier testing Neil Parry in the visitors' goal.
Moffat deservedly headed the sides level from an Andy Geggan cross 15 minutes from time.
Dunfermline exerted late pressure but could not find the winner.
