Wesolowski won't be risked

New Dundee United midfielder James Wesolowski will not make his debut this weekend as the Tangerines ease the on-loan Leicester City player back following a broken ankle.

The Australian suffered the injury in October and has taken up training since his move to Scotland, but the Terrors don't want to risk a setback for the 21-year-old.

"The physio's been working with James this week and feels he could do with a few more fitness sessions before he plays, so we've put him on a programme that will get him back," said Craig Levein.

United are due to face Inverness on Saturday, although snowy conditions have disrupted training this week and could put the match in doubt.
