Trio extend Terrors deals

Dundee United trio Darren Dods, Morgaro Gomis and Prince Buaben have all opened contract extensions to keep them at Tannadice until the summer of 2011.

Defender Dods and midfield pair Gomis and Buaben have all impressed boss Craig Levein in recent times and he is delighted to have secured a trio of new deals.

He told the club's official website: "My admiration for Darren Dods as a player and model professional is no secret.

"Despite his age, I had no hesitation in offering him a further two-year contract to ensure his services were retained for the club.

"While the contracts for Morgaro and Prince were not due to expire until May 2010, they have both made an immediate - and earlier than expected - impact as first-team players and I am confident that they will both develop even further."
