Swanson extends Terrors deal

Dundee United midfielder Danny Swanson has penned a contract extension to keep him at Tannadice until the summer of 2012.
The 23-year-old has scored seven times in 87 appearances for the Terrors to date and was a first-team regular for most of the second half of last season.
Manager Peter Houston told the club's official website: "I'm absolutely delighted that Danny has agreed to extend his contract at Dundee United.
"He made a big impression in the second part of last season when he was given a run of games and added consistency to his undoubted ability.
"He played a major part in our achievements last season and I'm sure he can improve even further in the coming seasons."
