Proctor in limbo

FIFA have told David Proctor that he cannot move from Dundee United to Airdrie United as he has already played for two clubs this season.
The 22-year-old played for Inverness Caley Thistle's reserve side at the beginning of this season before moving to Tannadice.
Airdrie have launched an appeal against the decision and Terrors boss Craig Levein hopes they are successful.
"Hopefully, between them, the SPL, the League and the SFA can sort something out to allow David to move," he told the Evening Telegraph.
"From our point of view, we were happy to allow him to go and everything had been done last Wednesday when we realised he had played for Inverness and we had to call a halt to his loan."
