Miller stakes claim

Dundee United striker Lee Miller staked his claim for a first-team call-up with a goal as the reserves earned a hard-fought 1-1 draw with Hearts.

Miller struck from the penalty spot after Billy Dodds was felled in the area by Calum Elliot to cancel out Deividas Cesnauskis' opener.

Despite constant pressure by the Terrors' second string, the Jambos held on to grab a share of the spoils.

Miller could win his chance on Saturday when ninth-placed United travel to Tynecastle to face Hearts.
