Miller rumours rubbished

Dundee United's player-manager Craig Brewster has rubbished speculation linking striker Lee Miller with a move to Aberdeen.

Press reports suggested the Dons were prepared to offer Steve Lovell as part of a swap deal for Miller.

However, Brewster told the Evening Telegraph: "I know that Jimmy (Calderwood) tried to get Lee when he signed for United instead, so he obviously likes him, but there has been no contact from Aberdeen."

The Terrors paid Bristol City £225,000 for Miller last summer, but he has struggled to make an impact at Tannadice and has scored just eight times in 37 SPL outings.
