Levein pleased with victory

Dundee United boss Craig Levein was pleased to see his side seal a first win in five SPL games by edging a 1-0 victory at Falkirk.

A Craig Conway penalty proved decisive at the Falkirk Stadium, as the Terrors reignited their bid for third place.

Levein said afterwards: "We haven't been on a great run with regards to picking up points recently. So first and foremost it was vital we picked up the points.

"I thought we deserved to win. There wasn't a hell of a lot between the teams, but we had the better chances.

"If we had been more clinical, we could have made it easier for ourselves."
