Dundee United head coach Craig Levein has hailed the improvement in the performances of the in-demand Barry Robson over the last year.
The 29-year-old forward has been linked with both Newcastle United and Celtic, but Levein would love to see Robson stay at Tannadice.
He said after the 3-0 win over Aberdeen: "The improvement in Barry Robson in the last year has been incredible and I think there is a lot more to come.
"He reminds me very much of Paul Hartley when I had him at Hearts, in that he is a late developer and a fantastic player.
"Barry is just a really good player and I must say, with all the speculation around him, he is managing to keep his focus very well indeed.
"He is just letting everything else pass him by without taking too much notice of it."
