Dundee United boss Craig Levein has revealed he is close to completing a quartet of transfer deals to bolster his squad.

Levein is close to concluding a deal to sign Polish goalkeeper Lukasz Zaluska following a successful trial, while three more players could also soon be arriving at Tannadice.

"He (Zaluska) is the one I want to get so we're working on it," admitted Levein.

"A lot of other things are going on, but if things go my way I'll have three players in a week from now.

"Including Darren Dods, I'm looking to bring in five players."
