Houston hails Terrors heroes

Dundee United boss Peter Houston was delighted with his side after they secured a 1-0 victory over Rangers in a tense Scottish Cup quarter-final replay.

A last-gasp David Robertson goal decided the game at Tannadice and ended the Gers' hopes of a domestic treble.

Houston said: "I am so pleased and proud of my players.

"I thought we dominated the first half and were disappointed to go in at 0-0 at half-time.

"We knew Rangers would have a spell in the game and they did that, but we kicked on again.

"And we had a guy like David Robertson, who hasn't played an awful lot, and he was still going and got on the end of it. I don't think anyone other than him would have got on the end of that ball."
