Hearts stroll shocks Levein

Monday Mar 19 2007 10:44

Dundee United boss Craig Levein could not believe how easy it was for his improving side as they thrashed a disjointed Hearts outfit 4-0 at Tynecastle.

It was a bitter-sweet day for Levein who managed the Jambos for almost four years before joining Leicester City for an ill-fated 15-month spell in November 2004.

But after watching the Terrors score four goals in an SPL game for the first time this season as they extended their recent run to only one defeat in six matches, Levein said: "I was surprised.

"To win at Tynecastle at any time and keep a clean sheet is extremely difficult, but we deserved to score four goals."
