Dundee United have secured the return of Willo Flood for a second season after re-signing the Cardiff City midfielder on loan.
Flood, 23, made 44 appearances while on loan at Tannadice last year and the former Manchester City youngster capped an impressive campaign by being named the scorer of the Scottish Premier League's goal of the season.
His strike in the 3-0 win over St Mirren at Love Street in December was his only goal of the campaign.
Flood will now remain with the Terrors until the end of the forthcoming SPL season.
"I'm absolutely delighted that Willo be back with us next season," manager Craig Levein told the club's official website.
"I said when he joined us last year that the SPL would suit his style of play, that he'd be an important player for us and that he'd be a firm favourite with the fans.
"Making sure that we had Willo for next season therefore has been a priority both for the chairman and myself for several months now and we know just how important a player he will be for us in the forthcoming season."
