Dundee defender Lee Wilkie faces another long spell on the sidelines after it was confirmed that he has ruptured his knee ligaments for the second time in 15 months.
The Scotland international initially suffered the injury in the Tayside derby in January 2004 and was sidelined for almost a year with the problem.
The 24-year-old suffered the same injury earlier this month in the 2-1 win over Dunfermline and manager Jim Duffy told the Evening Telegraph: "Obviously, Lee is devastated and everyone here is disappointed for him.
"From a team point of view, we are losing a hugely important player, but all our thoughts right now are for the boy himself.
"He has just gone through a long spell out and, for this to happen to him again is a tragedy.
"He had been in outstanding form for us, so it's a big blow to everyone.
"He's facing a big test of character in having to come back from this kind of injury a second time."
