Livingston claim that Dundee owe them £132,250 for the transfer of Leigh Griffiths in October 2009. The club says it agreed with Dundee that the fee should be paid in two parts, and the first amount was indeed transferred into Livi's bank account. But they insist the second instalment was paid two days later to an account belonging to a private individual.
