Dundee boss Jim Duffy was quick to praise goalkeeper Derek Soutar after his man of the match display helped clinch a 2-1 win against Motherwell on Saturday.
Soutar signed a new two-year deal with the Dark Blues last week and Duffy is now looking forward to seeing more performances like Saturday's from the 24-year-old.
"Soutar's still very young for a goalkeeper, but he's starting to establish himself," he told The Courier.
"We've signed him on a two-year contract and it's up to Derek now, he's got the gloves.
"He's been performing well. I thought two or three of his saves were from the top drawer and if he just keeps working on his game then hopefully he'll go right to the top. We're just delighted to have him."
