Terrors 'tired' of Levein exit talk

Levein has been mooted as a contender to take over at Celtic following Gordon Strachan's decision to step down at Parkhead. Aberdeen have also been linked with a move for Levein after parting company with Jimmy Calderwood at the end of the SPL season. United have not received any approaches for the former Hearts boss and Thompson insists it is 'business as usual' at Tannadice. "I am actually a bit tired of all the speculation about Craig and other clubs," Thompson told The Courier. "I can categorically say there has been no approach from anyone and the only contact I have had is from people asking me about it. "It is time consuming having to answer phone calls to knock down things which are just speculation. "Craig is happy at United, he gets left to get on with the job and we get on well despite some of the nonsense you read in certain places. "He may well go one day - that's football - but I would like to think he will be here for a few years yet. So it has been business as normal."
