Houston has a problem
Dundee United manager Peter Houston had plenty to grumble about at the end of his side's 2-1 defeat to Celtic.
Gary Hooper's brace, either side of a David Goodwillie goal, maintained the Hoops' 100% start to the season on an afternoon when referee Dougie McDonald stole some of the headlines when he awarded a penalty after Hooper went down in the box, only to reverse the decision on the advice of a linesman.
Celtic manager Neil Lennon described the incident as "unacceptable" but Houston was also unhappy, especially with the way Celtic celebrated Hooper's late winner.
"I don't think it was a penalty at all," he said. "I think the referee was quick to give it but great credit to the assistant, he saw it clearly wasn't a penalty. But Dougie was very inconsistent.
"He is quite quick to give penalties against us, we've had it in the past and no doubt we will have it in the future."
The Scotland assistant manager continued: "Celtic backroom staff celebrated as if they had won the league. I'm going to start running 30 yards down the track when we score a goal. Celtic seem to get away with it."
