Conway facing spell on sidelines

Dundee United are without winger Craig Conway for the visit of Kilmarnock in the Clydesdale Bank Premier League. The Scotland international needs a knee operation and will be ruled out until the new year. He will be joined in the stands by Darren Dods (knee), Scott Severin (ankle) and Mihael Kovacevic (knee), but Danny Swanson has an outside chance of making it after returning to training this week. Striker Jon Daly has been carrying a hamstring injury but could be recalled to the starting line-up.
