McStay and Boyle sign on for Sons

Dumbarton have signed midfielder Ryan McStay and left-back Patrick Boyle, with both featuring in Saturday's 1-1 draw with Montrose.The 24-year-old McStay played as a trialist after being released by Partick Thistle but completed his move after the match.McStay joined Thistle from Falkirk in 2007 and made 33 appearances.Boyle is a 21-year-old who came through Everton's youth academy and had loan spells with Norwich and Crewe.The defender released by the Toffees, who can also play in midfield, had.... read more
