Fleming back for Dumbarton

Dumbarton have Garry Fleming back from suspension for the clash with Cowdenbeath, while Chris Turner and Jordan Kirkpatrick are also available after injury.

Manager Ian Murray has added former Scotland defender Mark Wilson on a deal until the end of the season to help his back-line cope with the absence of David van Zanten, who has a knee injury.

Murray said: "I am hoping to add a player ahead of what is a really important game. Three of our next four games are at home and if we can start that run off with a win then we are looking to build momentum for a push up the table."

Lewis Toshney is in line for a Cowdenbeath debut and Dean Brett is poised to return after compassionate leave. Kenny Adamson could also feature after a knock but skipper John Armstrong is still not ready to return after an ankle problem.

Manager Jimmy Nicholl said: "We play Dumbarton away and then Alloa at home and we are targeting six points. We know that the rest of the season is about getting points on the board.

"We know that we have to knuckle down and work even harder to get away from trouble. I may have to send out a team that has pragmatism before style to get them."
