Routledge back for Dumbarton

Dumbarton welcome Jonathan Routledge back from suspension as they look to build on Saturday's 3-2 win over Hibs when bottom of the table Alloa visit.

Grant Gallagher is the only absentee from manager Stephen Aitken's squad as he has picked up a knee injury, with the Cheaper Insurance Direct Stadium manager saying: "The boys were fantastic at the weekend and it was a great way to bounce back from a heavy defeat at Dundee just a few days before.

"However we need to get back down to earth as Alloa won at our place earlier in the season and will be out to make amends for losing to Livingston on Saturday."

Alloa are again without Michael Chopra who has an ankle injury and fellow front man Isaac Layne is a doubt, with manager Jack Ross pleased to be back in action quickly.

Ross said: "Playing poorly against Livingston and losing was a big disappointment to everyone. We have been competitive in all our games since I came in, however, we were not at our best and paid a heavy price.

"It is good to get going again so quickly as it makes sure that no-one can sit and brood about the weekend. We will be ready for Dumbarton and hopefully we can show the type of form that we are capable of."
