Sullivan stars for Rovers

Doncaster Rovers boss Sean O'Driscoll has praised the efforts of loan goalkeeper Neil Sullivan since his arrival from Leeds United.

The 35-year-old former Scotland international has kept three clean sheets in three games for Rovers, helping the Belle Vue outfit move back into contention for a play-off spot.

O'Driscoll said: "Neil Sullivan was keen to come and play for us. He's as fit as ever and has still got a great appetite for the game.

"Neil showed his class again (against Northampton) with a couple of great saves.

"He gives everyone a lot of security and he always seems to be in the right place at the right time."

Sullivan has been told he has no future at Elland Road, having made more than 100 appearances for the Whites in just over two years with the club.
