Shrews boss extends duo's stay

Striker Fairhurst and midfielder Devitt have impressed since joining the Shrews and Simpson is delighted they have agreed to extend their stay. Simpson said: "It's good to have agreed with Doncaster and Hull that we can keep both Jamie and Waide until at least January. "I've been reasonably pleased with their contribution but I do think there is still more to come from them. "They are young lads who are still learning and developing in the game. Waide is a goal scorer and he showed that against Hereford and Telford and Jamie has that little bit which can cause the opposition at lot of problems."
