Rovers swoop for Saints midfielder

The 23-year-old has struggled to hold down a regular place in Saints' starting line-up under Alan Pardew this season and now links up with Rovers boss Sean O'Driscoll in South Yorkshire. Gillett, who has made just four appearances so far this term, has previously spent time on loan at O'Driscoll's former club Bournemouth.
