Doncaster Rovers youngster Matt Noble has penned a one-year professional contract with the club, while Sean O'Driscoll has agreed a permanent deal with the former Leeds United teenager Sam Hird.
Noble was a regular in Rovers' reserve side last term and is delighted to have been handed his first professional deal.
He told the club's official website: "It does feel weird, but there's no doubt that I'm looking forward to it.
"I'll be playing with better players and playing against better players.
"When you play against better players you get the chance to pit your wits against them. It's a great test to see how good you really are."
Meanwhile, Hird will sign a one-year deal on July 1 after being released by Leeds at the end of last season.
Hird spent three months on loan at the Keepmoat Stadium towards the end of last season, making five substitute appearances for O'Driscoll's side.
