O'Kelly downbeat after defeat

Assistant manager Richard O'Kelly could not hide his frustration after Doncaster were beaten by QPR.Rangers secured a slender 1-0 win at the Keepmoat Stadium thanks to Hogan Ephraim's strike two minutes into the second half.O'Kelly said: "They are running away with the Championship but I think we matched them apart from the opening 10 minutes - and one mistake cost us the game."The first goal was always going to be crucial because when they get their noses in front it's hard to peg them back."They know what they're doing and they shut up shop and did it really well. It's the mark of a very good side and they are so well organised and professional because they have players who have been there and done it."But I thought we showed character and spirit and kept going until the end. Overall we coped with them very well. There were more pluses than minuses for us - but unfortunately no points."
