Martis - I'm fully fit

Doncaster defender Shelton Martis expects to be fully fit for the clash at Watford on Saturday week.The Dutch centre-half missed the recent defeat at Cardiff due to a troublesome hamstring, but returned for the win over Hull and insists he does not need to rest up.Martis told the Sheffield Star: "I know what I need to do and the physios and the fitness and conditioning coach keep an eye on me and make sure that I do the right things."The 27-year-old, who signed permanently from West Brom in February, added: "We've made a good start and because most of the players have been here a couple of years they know what is expected of us."Everyone knows their job and understands what we are trying to do as a team."
