Stuart Elliott is looking forward to starting a new chapter in his career after completing his loan switch from Hull City to Doncaster Rovers.
The 29-year-old former Motherwell midfielder has spent almost six years with the Tigers, making more than 200 appearances for the club, but has spent most of the last four months on the substitute's bench.
The Northern Ireland international told Rovers' official website: "I was languishing at Hull City a little bit and me and my family wanted to stay in the catchment area.
"This was a perfect move for me. There's a fantastic set-up here and it's all geared up for the Championship. One thing that I can guarantee is that I'll give 100 per cent for the club as long as I'm here."
Elliott will remain on loan at the Keepmoat Stadium until the end of the season with a view to a permanent transfer in the summer.
