Woods ruled out until new year

But manager Sean O'Driscoll is hoping the blow will be softened by the return of skipper Brian Stock "within two to three weeks".[LNB]O'Driscoll said: "Martin has had a scan and he's picked up a slight tear, so the usual prognosis is four to six weeks and it's unfortunate.[LNB]"But fingers crossed we can get Brian Stock back in some time during the next two to three weeks, so maybe it's not as bad as it could have been."[LNB]Woods, a virtual ever-present for Doncaster this season, had been struggling with the problem for a little while and was replaced at half-time during last week's home win over the Owls.[LNB]Stock, sidelined since September after undergoing ankle surgery, is a month ahead of schedule in terms of his rehabilitation.[LNB][LNB]
