Woods hails Oster impact

Martin Woods is convinced midfield partner John Oster will prove "a massive asset" for Doncaster this season. Woods, who had an operation in the summer to resolve a groin problem, was full of praise for Welshman Oster, who made his first appearance of the season in last weekend's win over Hull following knee surgery. Woods told the Sheffield Star: "It was good to see John Oster back on Saturday. He's a player who you can bounce the ball off and you know he'll take care of the ball. "To say it was his first game back he didn't look out of place. He's naturally fit, but he can be fitter and he knows that. "He'll be able to work on his fitness during the international break and I'm sure he'll be a massive asset for the rest of the season."
