Spicer up for Rovers battle

Rovers have lost their last four Championship games, scoring just one goal in the process, and are seven points above third-bottom Nottingham Forest. Sean O'Driscoll's side travel to Ipswich on Saturday and midfielder Spicer insists it is time to stop the rot. He told the Sheffield Star: "A lot of the other results went for us at the weekend but we don't think about things like that. All we are thinking about is what we are doing, if we pick up at least one win then it takes care of the relegation situation. "Of course it helps if the teams in and around the relegation zone drop points - it's a bonus. "But as a team, I don't think that we are panicking, everyone knows what we have to do."
