Shiels hailed by Doncaster coach
The Doncaster midfielder is in a rich vein of scoring form for the Championship side with three goals in four games.[LNB]Assistant manager Richard O'Kelly said: "Dean has got that in his locker.[LNB]"As we've seen in recent games, he's a good finisher and he strikes the ball well with both feet.[LNB]"Dean is a work in progress, though he's improving rapidly.
