Sharp, who took his tally for the season to 15 in 28 appearances with a brace in the midweek win at Derby, has recently returned from a groin injury which forced him to miss three games and will be monitored.
O'Driscoll could also be without on-loan Blackpool striker Jason Euell due to a knee injury which kept him out on Tuesday night.
But another forward, James Hayter, is expected to make a timely return to the squad being after sidelined since early February with a calf injury.
Attacking midfielder James Coppinger and Ryan Mason could also give O'Driscoll's squad a boost by returning to contention in time for the clash at Elland Road.
Coppinger has been sidelined for the last four games due to a calf problem and midfielder Mason has missed the last five with a leg injury.
Defenders James Chambers (hamstring), James O'Connor (foot) and Mustapha Dumbuya (knee) are still out as O'Driscoll's side, 11 points clear of the relegation zone, chase back-to-back wins for the first time this season.
