Sean frustrated by financial shackles

Rovers are about to embark on their second season in the second tier and, despite an encouraging mid-table finish last term, O'Driscoll is struggling to attract players to the Keepmoat. With the new season just a fortnight away, the boss has yet to bring any new players into his squad, citing the failure to be able to match both transfer fees and hefty wage demands for the lack of activity. "As I've said before, this division is a massive financial hurdle for us," O'Driscoll told the club's official website. "Our biggest problem is that at times we can agree the transfer fees, but we can't to the wage or vice-versa. "To get both options is proving quite difficult."
