Doncaster midfielder Sean McDaid says he is hopeful of making his full Championship debut before the end of the season The 23-year-old hasn't started a game for Rovers in the Championship since the club got promoted two years ago, missing the first season because of injury. McDaid has once again been hampered by fitness concerns but is hopeful of making a start for Doncaster before the season finishes."The fans gave me a great reception when I came on as a sub, it showed that they hadn't forgotten me," he told the Sheffield Star."I'd love to start a game before the end of the season but I don't think the manager will shake things up just for the sake of it. "I've had a good six months since I came back to training and I've played in a number of practice matches, I'm ready to go. "You've got to deal with injuries the best you can. I'd put on a bit of a front on the training ground, but it was more difficult at times when I was at home and no-one was there."
