Doncaster defender Mustapha Dumbuya reminds manager Sean O'Driscoll of former England international Paul Parker when he was a young player. Dumbuya, 23, joined Rovers in July 2009 after spells in non-league football with Wingate & Finchley and Maidenhead United and has made the first-team breakthrough at the KC Stadium this season, making 10 league appearances. O'Driscoll said: "He's not streetwise in the sense of what you need to do with the football. "He's got instinctive skills, we're just trying to add to that generally, but he's got blistering pace. "I keep saying to him I joined Fulham at 22 and Paul Parker was the youth trainee and he reminded me so much of Paul Parker. "I keep saying to him Paul went on to play for Manchester United and England, so the world's his oyster."
