West Bromwich Albion hope to be cracking open the champagne around 5pm tomorrow afternoon at the Keepmoat Stadium Victory for the Baggies will see them promoted back to the top flight at the first attempt. Even if they fail to complete the double over Rovers, they would still be promoted were third-placed Nottingham Forest fail to win. "They are where they are on merit," said Rovers No 2 Richard O'Kelly. "I went to watch them play Leicester the other day and they have got some tremendously talented players. "They are probably more suited to the top flight because most of them are Premiership players. "Dorrans is a class player and they have also got the likes of Bednar, Miller, Morrison and Carson. "It should be a fantastic game of football and there should be a great atmosphere. "We lost 2-1 at the Hawthorns in September and we'd like to try and put the record straight." Centre-back Shelton Martis played for the Baggies that night but will be looking to put one over his old team-mates.
