Rovers boss takes positive approach

O'Driscoll moulded a promotion-winning side from League One two seasons ago with a reputation for playing an attractive passing game and Rovers have continued to win more admirers in the Championship.[LNB]O'Driscoll said: "What we try and do here is look at the qualities of players and say 'this is what you're good at and we'll try and get that out of you rather than worry about what you can't do'.[LNB]"We concentrate on the positives rather than worry about the negatives. If you're always saying 'you need to do this or that' and 'you don't do that very well or this very well' the players are on a downer from the start.[LNB]"We just try and encourage people to play. You want the likes of John Oster, James Coppinger and Billy Sharp to do the things they're good at and all we ask is for a positive reaction if something doesn't come off."[LNB][LNB]
