Doncaster assistant boss Richard O'Kelly paid tribute to his side after they comfortably overpowered derby rivals Scunthorpe 3-1 at Glanford Park Martyn Woolford headed the hosts in front in the 11th minute but Billy Sharp fired a double, the second from the penalty spot in the 59th minute after Rob Jones had clumsily fouled him and James O'Connor headed home a third for Doncaster with 18 minutes remaining.O'Kelly said: "It was a fantastic result and great for everybody who was a neutral or a Doncaster Rovers supporter."Billy Sharp got the end of the two chances, stuck them away and worked really hard throughout. We've started the season okay and three points moves you right up the division."There's going to be a lot of moving and shaking so hopefully we can be up there at the end of the season. Two years, we probably wouldn't have been capable of coming from behind like that."Our organisation, togetherness and the way we supported each other was terrific."
